Documentation you will need to apply for your Spanish mortgage

  • Passport
  • Residence card if you are Spanish resident (DNI) or your non-resident number (NIE)
  • Personal bank statements for the last 6 months
  • Three most recent wage slips, plus your latest P60
  • If you are self-employed, audited accounts for the last two years
  • Previous year's tax returns
  • Proof of any other sources of income that you may wish to borrow against
  • Copy of any tenancy agreements on buy-to-let properties
  • Details of any pension you receive
